Pros

Fully remote, you can work from anywhere. Good pay and decent benefits.

Cons

Lack of job security, there were 2 lay offs in 2022 after a big hiring wave. Lack of company culture, career growth, no raises or bonuses.

Good people to work with, but bad management

Pros

- Very bright, and fun people to work with. - Good projects. - Interesting technology.

Cons

- The HR sucks, or even worse, it doesn't exist. - There's no career progression whatsoever. There were some false hopes of a review process implementation to enable that, however, in the end, it seems that they were lying all along. - The company simply doesn't know which direction it'd like to follow. To simply put, they don't have any focus on which thing they'd like to improve. In the end, layoffs happens because of that. And beware, this happens frequently, consider this a fair warning.
