      Pros

      - ownership over large projects - work with talented engineers - always interesting projects to work on - flat organizational structure - many opportunities to prove yourself - compensation is very competative, more than happy to give you a raise if you put in the work - meritocracy

      Cons

      - high dev velocity can be stressful and make it difficult to maintain projects - always feels like there could be more engineers

      100% Remote. Great people. Very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Pioneer in defining Trading API.

      Cons

      Going through 2 CTOs in 1 year is never a good sign. Senior engineers with domain experience are leaving the firm. No commitment in addressing tech debt.
