Pros

A culture like this means people learn fast, fix weaknesses quickly, and do not cling to ego or past decisions. Speed matters because slow teams lose opportunities and waste resources. Quality matters because sloppy output multiplies long term cost. Output driven means ideas and talk mean nothing unless they convert into real value. Growth mindset ties all of this together because without it people resist feedback, avoid discomfort, and drag down the team.

Cons

Growth mindset demands constant self scrutiny.
