      Fun product to work on Golang Learn a lot from others Fast iteration Some nice people Remote

      Cons

      Lots of people who dont fit into company culture (to which one had never been defined). Lots of rude upper management who spawn toxic culture. Low pay Toxic CTO, and average CEO and founders HR sucks. Overall, Upper management and HR handled layoffs poorly

      Pros

      Fair compensation, 4 1/2 weeks of PTO, global company with coworkers around the world, creating an interesting product, flexible and kind management

      Cons

      Still have a long way to come with the product and working out the kinks, Work days can be long and kinda stressful but everyone is in the same boat for the most part. Burn out is very real in this company Be ready to have your job title leveraged + tons of extra projects
