Pros

So far i have been with Alphanet for 1 year and faced no issues what so ever. Hirig process was smooth, Immigration team is very knowledgable. Management is good.

Cons

So far no Cons i can think of based on last 1 year tenure.

Honestly, it's challenging to come up with any significant drawbacks. Every workplace has its minor challenges, but Alpha Net does an exceptional job of addressing and resolving them promptly.

Pros

Onboarding staff very helpful. Good People to work with. The company is growing and there are good opportunities for job growth.

Cons

They do not allow to work on C2C or 1099. Prefer employees who do not have US work authorization.
