      - Feedback culture - Benefits and perks - Commitment to employee mentoring - Work/life balance; flexible scheduling Working for Alpha Omega is an interesting exercise in watching a small business grow into something larger. There are growing pains, but overall, I like working here. It's nice to see that a lot of the managers "walk the talk," and have an appreciable commitment to absorbing feedback from their employees. No place is perfect by any means, nor do I expect AOI to be anything close to it. However, the important thing is that the company generally understands its mistakes and seeks to correct them.

      - Communication As other reviews have pointed out, communication within the company can be a bit of mixed bag. In general, it's not a huge problem, but it can be frustrating in the moment sometimes.
