      Pros

      There are a lot of Pros: great work life balance, great onboarding team, very responsive, organized & professional. HR has been great to work with! Interview process was exactly as described by recruiter & constant communication during this time. I appreciate the company communication that occurs on a regular basis, even though I work 100% remote I still feel part of a ‘team’. No micromanagement here! I appreciate the diversity within the company and everyone is a consummate professional.

      Maybe consider increasing PTO & adding sick leave.

      They let you handle your work with occasional company mandatory meetings outside of day to day activities for your client.

      Cons

      They tend to low ball you, you have to be able to justify your initial price point. But then again this is an employer’s market right now…
