      Pros

      Free lunches at headquarters but only a few work there.

      Cons

      Most overbearing, repetitious reporting and meeting requirements...redundant. Employees are required to keep a catalog on customers and to learn everything about their professional and personal lives, enabling them to find uncomfortable ways of befriending them. It's like working in a fish bowl with no ability to take initiatives without multiple approvals.

      I worked for an excellent PM.

      Didn't have enough business so after they finished the contract was working on ended I was laid off.

      Absolutely great place to work. The leadership is phenomenal as are the employees.

      It’s primarily government IT work that carry with it the benefits and pitfalls that any company bear.
