      Pros

      I've worked here for less than over a year and I love what I see. A inspiring vision, mission and values. Great employee outreach. Not to mention a really caring HR team who visits team every month to find out what is working and what is not. They allow me to work from home some days.

      Cons

      A little extra pay would not hurt. I am paid in 6 figures but sometimes think my skills are slightly better compensated outside.

      Lack of communication can be a challenge at times, but otherwise I have no other complaints. Keep doing what you're doing!
