Alpha Omega Integration reviews

There are several issues with this company beyond just competitive pay. I've been with AOI for over a year, and it's difficult to advance if you're not based at headquarters. They talk about earning awards and recognition, but it's challenging to achieve this when you're not working alongside other AOI members. The pay is not competitive, and getting a raise while staying in the same position is nearly impossible. I love what I do here but I know I will have to leave one day to make the money I well deserve.

The management needs a lot of improvements. The company should put an effort to train the managers to better care for the employees that they oversee. Not sure if this is across programs, but in the department I worked in, I felt that my manager did not care about my future. One on ones were often times cancelled and the ideas brought on those meetings were never considered or talked through. I never felt like I was heard or open bring up topics of professional development in general or within the company to my manager. Another thing to note is that there seems to be a lot of politics amongst the leadership and the management.
