      Pros

      If you’re looking for a place to start a career, this is a good company to work for. Any skill level (aside from technical positions for the most part) and they will train you. If you’re ambitious, work well with people and dedicated to developing and growing, you will be rewarded with opportunities to grow.

      Pros

      Company invests in employee development and promotes a friendly company culture. Very clear and thorough company policy.

      Cons

      In my case, the hiring manager misrepresented the position hours. That employee is no longer with the company. Very "by the book" company policy (maybe a pro or con depending on your perspective)
