      Pros

      There are a lot of pros to working here. Namely, people are rewarded throughout the year for any stellar accomplishments. It's a great group of people to work with. Management helps training employees. My most favorite thing about the company is that the focus is always on quality of work. If something is done in the field that is below our standard we will always make sure to send someone back out to make sure it's to our standard.

      Honestly, don't really have Cons that I can think of at this time.

      where do begin on the Pro's of Alpha Structural - great work environment - goal driven company - excellent management - great pay -training an advancement opportunities -open lines between all staff -employee appreciation valuing our time and dedication as well as our physical and emotion health -full kitchen

      They have the highest work ethic and quality control I've ever seen in a company. Not only do they provide the best services for their clients, but they also treat their employees like family! Alpha's success comes from the dedication the staff has in every aspect of the company, from executives to foremen and laborers. Amazing company to work for!

      The parking lot doesn't fit all of our cars!
