It's great while you're in school because it's a set afternoon schedule so you can make sure all your classes are in the morning.
Cons
They're pretty stingy with money nowadays and zone leaders often get their hours cut because they're trying to save money. If they say you'll work 20 hours a week it may end up being as few as 16 or 17, so just be prepared for that.
