Needs better leaders like site directors. Maybe ones who care about the job and not power and politics?

- every day adventure - emotionally fulfilling

Cons

- Local leaders (in my experience in Suffolk, VA) can have power tripping mindsets. - No room for growth not unless you are liked or over work yourself by/for the site directors and the area manager. - Can be emotionally draining, THEY WILL USE YOU FOR EVERYTHING IF YOU LET THEM. Say no when you actually want to say no.
