Pros

The co-workers were mostly great and the summer field trips are mostly fun.

Cons

The curriculum is bad it's pretty much second school day for the kids. It wasn't fun to teach and hopefully you get a good manager because that further takes the fun out of working with kids,

This company is great to work for as long as you are fine working with children and very flexible.

Working with children, hours 2-6 Monday though Friday,and weekends off.

Cons

Management is not very sympathetic, they are not flexible, and you have to be ready to work with some difficult children.
