Hours, Pay, Networking Opportunities, The kids were great, Split shift was great for being in college

Cons

Management was crazy sometimes, if your team wasn't strong it felt like everyone was tripping over each other, different rules for different schools (director's interpretation)

I loved the hours, with no weekends and the pay was nice. I also enjoyed seeing the same kids daily.

The kids were a handful sometimes!

I loved my job at AlphaBEST! My coworkers were great; supervisors were very understanding if you had a good reason to take time off, and it is just a very welcoming environment to work in! The kids were awesome too!

Cons

Somewhat low lay for the job at hand.
