Cons

In the North Texas division they added a northwest district which was the most unorganized expansion I’ve seen. I used to enjoy it here, but it seems like the new managers don’t value the employees or the kids having fun. After school the last thing kids want is more school.

If you like working with kids, then the actual work wasn't too difficult. Hours are good, especially for students. Working with kids is extremely rewarding

Cons

Constantly short on supplies. The curriculum was boring (for both adults and kids). many kids had done it for several years. Management very obviously plays favorites when handing out hours for holidays and late shifts. If too many kids go home, some workers are expected to leave early.
