I have been in this field since I was 17. I worked with children ever since I was in high school. AlphaBEST is fun, engaging, flexible. I love how you can build relationships in your school setting and in the community. As being a director, it is like running your own mini business. It's a great feeling. -Great pay -Flexible -Building relationship with families and school staff -having a sense of ownership with your own site

Cons

-split shifts -insurance -new staff need more face to face trainings (I.E. Site directors, ZL, TA)
