      -steady, consistent hours -good pay -fun environment -opportunity either work during the summer -not required to work during summer while still having a job to come back to -ability to shape the future of young children -health benefits even for part-time

      -sometimes stressful -pay is good, but max. weekly hours achievable is 16-22

      Pros

      AlphaBEST is a great company to work for. I have been with the company for over 5 years and was able to advance in my career while maintaining a balanced home life . They understand that meeting the needs of the whole person is key to retaining good employees. Also your children get to attend the program at greatly discounted rate!

      Cons

      If you are a great employee the company will recognize your talents and skills. They naturally want to utilize those skills in several different aspects of the company because they see the value in you and what you can achieve. They don't always realize that you may be stretched too wide unless you speak up.
