Corporate ok, franchise location terrible

Pros

Opportunities to learn, support from headquarters was great.

Cons

The owners of the location I worked at were new and terrible. My biggest complaint was that they lowered my commission rate for existing clients after firing an employee and requesting I take over her projects and accounts. This meant much more work and responsibility for les pay and less time to pursue my own (full commission) clients.
