Pros

Many fun projects and plenty of opportunity to learn and gain experience. Work environment is very casual.

Cons

Hours can be very long and on short notice which causes employees to cancel plans. Owner is very inconsiderate of his employees. Employees are all required to work on projects for the gay community, regardless of their views or opinions. Besides a week of paid vacation earned after a year, there are no benefits to speak of.

Company offers great opportunity to prospect multiple industries of companies of various size. Good commission with many options to succeed. Great opportunity to use various marketing techniques during the process. Good sales process to follow. Support of large national company.

Cons

Small company work environment. Need to be a self-started and motivated to prospect new clients in a saturated industry. Easy to differentiate with great, responsive service with good quality products at a fair price.
