Our leadership team is committed to continuous growth and development, and we value open communication. We take your concerns seriously and are disappointed to hear that the team did not meet your expectations. As many of our current SDR managers have been promoted from within the SDR organization, they have incredible knowledge and experience with not only the Sales Development Representative role itself but also the challenges and opportunities it can bring. We rely heavily on their cold call and selling experience of AlphaSense to be able to continue to emphasize learning for current and future SDRs.
We have recently introduced the Senior SDR role as the next step to growth and development in the Sales Development department. The growth and development for AlphaSense, in a time like this, is a strong indicator of our success and we look forward to continuing to see SDRs grow into roles across the company.
