Pros

- #1 in the ENS industry - Decent exit opportunities to top MBA/Fortune 500 firms

Cons

- You have NO life, working about 10-12 hours a day, around 14 hours if you're busy. Almost like banking lifestyle with like 80k-100k total pay, not worth it tbh. - It's very top down in the company, meaning that your feedback to leadership is never heard, but you always have to follow exactly what leadership says. And of course, you are VERY replaceable.

Great if you want a fast paced and high stress environment. That is something that is really hard to teach, so it is super valuable for your next job.

Cons

Not a lot of transferable hard-skills. Everyone in the workforce has the same soft skills of communication and time management, so not having and hard skills to transfer to a new role can be very limiting.
