Some of your colleagues are decent human beings

Cons

Several cases of senior management sexually harassing junior employees. Rampant abuse of power promoted by a dude-bro frat like culture. You are only as valuable as the money you make them. Oh and don’t bother speaking up, they’d rather you leave than a predator
