Pros

Very young and high-energy environment. The work is manageable but you are kept busy, and the pay/benefits are more than fair for the demands of the position. A lot of opportunity for fast upward mobility.

Cons

The responsibilities and day-to-day work can be repetitive, however, that is offset by the culture and benefits.
