Pros

Lots of responsibility early on, leading projects and dealing with clients within the first year You get to learn about different industries, trends, markets, regulations, etc from vetting calls with experts Young company culture

Cons

Clients are insane sometimes You always have to be "on", even when you are not busy because client could come in with urgent requests at any time AlphaSights is great- the industry is brutal

Really glad to read you're enjoying your time at AlphaSights and have been benefiting from the resources we offer employees. Employees on our Client Services teams do work extended hours during busy periods to deliver on urgent client requests. We understand this role is not for everyone. With reference to your point around performance-based bonuses, the total financial compensation we offer Associates is competitive with the packages of the big four consulting firms. Because our Associates have more personal revenue impact than their peers at professional services firms, our total compensation is weighted more towards incentive pay, and less towards base salary. - Sincerely, Sean, COO
