Pros

benefits were alright, nice coworkers

Cons

hours are advertised as 8-6 through recruiting but you are chastised and criticized for wanting to stick to these hours and not wanting to do *unpaid* overtime management actively encourages against critical thinking from associates, but strongly encourages for the harassment of strangers ie "advisors"

You're never quite off. The learning curve is steep at first but then plateaus pretty quickly.
