I joined AlpahSights right out of university, it has been 2 years since I work at AlphaSights now. I really enjoy my time here. As a Client Service Associate, I get to work withmany international clients and expose to different type of project in a short period of time.

Cons

Given that we work with many international clients, there are times where I have to go on a call with clients outside of my regular 9am-6pm work hours.

Cons

There is a lack of HR support when it comes to employee health and wellbeing, considering the intense target metric associates are assessed against, and the working culture can be pretty relentless at times.
