AlphaSights Dubai is a burnout factory — zero work-life balance, no time off, constant micromanagement, and a toxic culture built on bullying and fear. They preach “thinking outside the box” but there’s no space for creativity in their rigid, outdated model. It’s mindless cold calling and emailing all day, with no real skills gained or transferable experience. Leadership is inexperienced and directionless, truly the blind leading the blind. You leave and work elsewhere you realise how backwards and unprofessional this place is. They only promote from within as no senior leader of any self respect or experience would ever, in a million years , work in a place like this.
