High autonomy, high salary (with monthly bonus opportunities based on how well you perform), great training and support from your manager throughout your development/entire years at the company, collaborative team-based environment, fast-paced work/lots of projects at once.

Cons

No real choice in what team you work on which can cause you to work on projects/areas of subjects that you have no real interest in

Pros

It truly was a great culture. Everyone was so great to work with. The company does put an emphasis on hearing feedback and doing what they can to create positive change, which is not common.

Cons

The company pays fairly low for the high level of work you receive. Also, it's a very structured growth plan that struggles to take in true performance, especially if someone comes into the company with outside experience. I hope the company can revisit this, as it is definitely a great culture, but lacks progression if you are an experienced hire.
