      Pros

      Good young culture, loved the other associates and had a lot of bonding workplace events, also a nice office

      Cons

      The work is repetitive and they expect you to work long hours and respond to messages and do work outside of the hours, even on PTO and break. There is no rest during the day and constantly more work, furthermore because management is so young too, the feedback and general energy felt toxic
