Dynamic, Interesting projects, quick progression and a development focused environment. The company also skewes young so it is easy to make friends.

Cons

Long hours. The type of work and structures enforce a lot of micromanaging. Can be repetitive.

- long hours - high churn rate/low retention - lot of scummy parts of the job - no technical skills acquired - difficult to find exit opportunities that are not sales, account management, or sales
