      Pros

      The senior leadership focuses a lot of their energy making sure the employees are being set up for career success.

      Cons

      Very competitive to move up the ladder. Long, but not insane, hours. Location is not ideal in Times Square is horrible, but the office itself is nice.

      Pros

      The best part about working at AlphaSights is the culture. It is a young company and all of the employees are motivated, hard working, entrepreneurial and fun at the same time. It is a steep learning curve and you gain a lot of responsibility very quickly.

      Cons

      The hours can be long but you are working with a great group of people so the days still fly by.

      Everyone is nice, professional, and passionate about the work they are doing. Fast-paced environment that provides plenty of opportunity to learn about various business models and industries. Everyone at the company is very team oriented and concerned with their own, and their colleagues, professional development. There are many opportunities to network within the company, as well as with the external professionals.

      Cons

      Sometimes long hours during the busy times of the year, but otherwise no real cons that concern me.
