      The people are fun and it gets you exposure to PE

      Cons

      Basically a fake job. Managers are children, VPs try to give you life advice while having never had a job that’s not AS. Very strict work hours.

      Solid cohort similarities, unique people, comfortable environment, fun workplace, straightforward growth, strong relationships

      Cons

      Little work-life balance: you are expected to work even when you go home (8-6:30 in office, available until 9/10 to help your team with any new work). Clicky culture: unique and strong relationships across tenure that can make for unnecessarily political dynamics. Strong attention to metrics with little attention to outside variables which are often major performance factors (amount of work, frequency of work, client tendencies, etc).
