      Pros

      Good office location currently based in bond street for London. Plans to move early next year, nothing has been confirmed where.

      Cons

      Management exaggerates skills and experience to create a barrier between them and subordinates. Work could flow better if everyone's skills were valued.

      Pros

      work life balance bonus program competitive engaging easy to get excited to come in to work every day, many opportunities for growth and innovation, independence

      Cons

      some frustrating projects can be repetitive sometimes spend a lot of time on linkedin, monster, etc. lots of time on the phone, need to be always on

      - Energetic, young and smart team - Fun - encourages 'quirkiness' - Merit based, transparent salary scheme - Fast paced - Everyday you get to handle different kinds of projects - Social initiatives if you're into it - office outings / Friday beers etc - Lots of opportunities if you show that this is where you wanna be long-term

      Cons

      - Too much emphasis on growth which leads to over-hiring of employees - Too 'fratty' - Little hard skills learned - Work life balance is not ideal - Technically there is only one way 'up' - not enough variety in terms of options as one progresses within the firm - Too young, immature overall environment
