AlphaSights has a young core of employees that makes the day-to-day work experience fun. You get a lot of responsibility very quickly, and definitely refine business conversational ability throughout the tenure.

Cons

The most ridiculous and suffocating micromanagement you could imagine. The metrics they use to track employees are skewed, inconsistent, and push an eat-or-be-eaten culture.
