Pros
- I feel challenged and develop skills every day, especially when I came out of university this environment taught me a lot - Very collegial and collaborative environment. It is not the case that your success would take away from other people's success, so there is no elbow culture, but a culture of high support (also high expectation) - Uncapped bonus, you can influence your compensation a lot, which is nice - Great office environment, with a coherent culture and the best colleagues I have ever worked with. A lot became my best friends
Cons
- If you want a remote job, the Client Service Team is not the right place for you. To share learnings & work effectively on client projects, AlphaSights invests a lot in a good in-office experience and expects you to work in the office 4 days a week. I don't like working from home, so I find the setup in the office helps me to do a good job (coffee, snacks, lunch delivered to the office, free drinks in the evening etc), but if you need more flexibility this environment will not give that to you. We can work remotely for a full week every quarter though, which is nice.
