The people are very hard working and care about patients and making Alphatec profitable. Good work environment until now, Sailor CEO really knew the importance of having happy employees and they loved him for that, could have been more business like but was retiring so how can you blame him, plus he was fun which makes people want to work hard rather than feeling like they have to work hard. High technology, the new products are awesome, have excellent potential to beat competition at all levels, customers love the new products because they make the customers job easier. Great investment potential if Alphatec is in for the long haul producing high quality products that are well tested and thought out.

Alphatec treats its employees well. The culture is much better than when I joined 4 years ago. There seems to be very little turnover and that is a positive sign. Despite setbacks such as the recent Orthotec lawsuit, we continue to receive bonuses and pay increases and regularly have employee activities. I have faith that our big problems are behind us and we are on the upswing. Some of our future products will surprise our competition.
