A company that will crash and burn

Pros

Pay and benefits are decent. Most departments have a good work environment. Work / Life balance is obtainable there for most.

Cons

Management is out of touch. They really need to get a grip... CEO is driving the company to crash and burn. Many people losing their jobs, bad sales performance, stock prices dropping rapidly.

great people to work with.

Cons

lack of focus, senior maangement has no idea on what to focus on. Leaders do a very poor job of sharing the overall strategy of the department and/or company, that causes a lot of confusion for employees.
