A company that will crash and burn

Pros

Pay and benefits are decent. Most departments have a good work environment. Work / Life balance is obtainable there for most.

Cons

Management is out of touch. They really need to get a grip... CEO is driving the company to crash and burn. Many people losing their jobs, bad sales performance, stock prices dropping rapidly.

Potential But Lack Of Clear Leadership

Pros

Great company if you work in certain departments. Salaries are competitive as are benefits and good working conditions in nice buildings Some of the managers are very competent, some are not.

Cons

New CEO is all over the place. Have heard multiple stories of projects that are chaotic and badly run when he is involved. Does not respect other people's time and seems insecure and irresponsible. Not a step up from the former CEO. A lot of employees have left the company since he started and the ones that are left are unsure of the company's future under his supposed leadership.
