Money, but that is hardly worth it.

Cons

Awful people, atmosphere and organization. They didn't even have training set up for new employees after interviews were done. They weren't even aware there were new people being added. How is that even possible? The managers aren't organized with each other, one person will tell you to do one thing, and another will ask why you're doing that. Forced to stand for 8 hours for no reason besides it's 'looked down on'. It doesn't interfere with work, so f that. Treat your employees like f-ing humans.
