Cons

Poorly paid. Production floor employees expected to operate like robots. No talking allowed. Made to feel guilty for going to the toilet. Many floor employees in there who have designs on climbing the ladder will take any opportunity to rubbish their fellow employees to management. Management encourage this too. Just a really bad atmosphere and a whole pile of demoralised employees in there.
