Comfortable & Fun place to work. People were all very nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

There was always a meeting of some degree. Sometimes difficult to get your work done.

Pros

The majority of people are extremely nice and everyone is working for the same goal. The benefits are exceptional and very hard to find in comparison anywhere else. Employees are allowed to transfer within the company if they want to try other roles (e.g., an engineer to a project leader).

Cons

Management has unrealistic expectations for how much can get done in 40 hours. Most employees are forced to work 55 hours + and still the work is not done or to management's satisfaction. There is never any praise, just reiteration of how it could be better.

Pros

The Santa Clara office has a lot of great people you get to work with. The other locations are much larger and you don't get as much support as you would with a smaller office. However, even with the smaller office, there are times where management can get busy, but the people you get to work with are nice, motivated, and always willing to help answer questions.

Cons

Management support is not as strong as you prefer it to be, so you have to take initiative to make decisions and take responsibility for your decisions.
