Great patients. Great benefits. Atmosphere can be great if your manager and team are supportive

Cons

Social environment is caddy and not professional. Management can be too punitive/strict with attendance/time. Not a place for a professional with a family/caregiver priorities

Pros

Strong support for giving great care to patients. There is a culture of kindness toward our patients and going the extra mile for them. I feel as if I am working at a Children's Hospital with an extremely high level of care.

Cons

This job requires working really hard-there are so many patients requiring your help but it is done very well with enough time to do a really great job.
