      Off on weekends Free parking

      Cons

      No work/life balance Extremely stressful environment If you plan to go back to school don't work here, you will feel completely burnt out by days end. Salaried employees work a minimum of 50/60 hours a week.

      Underserved area and had loan repayment

      Cons

      Low pay, high turn over. Bad management. Turn over rate is around 25% per year of physicians or greater. Management doesn't care about physicians.

      Pros

      Beautiful offices and lots of perks like free coffee and holidays, staff at certain levels are friendly and supportive, and most importantly the clinical staff are customer focused.

      Cons

      Far too much bureaucracy at the executive level, at the end of the day it's a family owned business that needs change at the top.
