      Still have family members in the company Company is growing very fast, and they tend to hire a lot of executives and it becoming to beaurcractic. Lots Of working hours, expect to work from home

      Pros

      My dept had a very flexible schedule with telecommuting opportunities. The pay was a bit higher than average for my industry.

      Cons

      The President Castulo makes $900,000 a year that is paid for by tax payer dollars. They only care about money, they cram a bunch of patients in at one time leaving the patients to wait upwards of 2 hours after their scheduled appointment times. They have staff that are fraudulent and inappropriate yet they turn the other cheek because they don't want to lose any more staff. High turn-over rate. Working here you move up based on who you know and how much you kiss up to staff. You can have no degree and supervise people with their master's degrees just because they are in the right clique.

      multiple locations, various health care programs, able to provide services to the under served in greater Los Angeles area, a leading health care organization

      Cons

      overall the company is ok . but i feel like you have to really know the company culture in order to stay happily in this place... it might take years to understand
