      Pros

      If you’re in the float team you get great pay and flexible hours. The manager of the float team is fantastic. She cares about you and also understands you don’t need to be babysat. Loved every bit of the float team. Raises twice a year.

      Cons

      Understaffed clinics. Over booking patients. Taking late patients that are over an hour late. Must be able to do the work of 5 all in one.
