New CEO has brought much needed change to create positive and supportive culture in short period of time. Very busy but rewarding work caring for our physician's patients.

None right now, other than working through changes from COVID.

middle management is filled with project managers with challenges in progressive thinking and with less experience on how to build out a successful startup.

I am working with one of the best managers I have ever worked with. This company also encourages and pays for you to get additional Epic certifications and lets you choose personal passion projects to do process improvement.

Cons

Small teams so work load can get a bit crazy sometimes.
