Pros

None please don’t ever apply to this position you will be laid off in few months they do it to everybody you are not important.

Cons

They will use you and abuse you at this company and let you go for no parent reason. This company will hire you to get there assessments rates up and numbers up once they’re done with you they let you go . This company does not care about the patients or like they like to call them members everything is about money to them. They could care less about the patients. Run do not apply to this job even if your life depends on it you will be back to square one stressed and depressed once there done with you.

Pros

Great pay, work from home work.

Cons

Too much work and expectations, such little direction and too often times flip-floppy. The often change of workflows (which happened on a daily) really brought on that change fatigue. Concerns that were brought up seemed dismissed, waves of lay offs occurred which added to everyday stress, quick staff turn overs never addressed - hit or miss if it got back filled, just overall poor direction in work-life balance.
