      Pros

      - Hires lots of junior analysts. Of course, it’s so they don’t have to pay people with years of experience a high salary however, that is great for those who are looking to work on a variety of topics and boost their resume - Good benefits package

      Cons

      - Management has a diversity inclusion problem (which is clear if you look at their management). Racist issues are swept under the rug or ignored completely. - Senior analysts are underpaid (unless you are apart of the good ol boys network) - Not many other contract options available. Once work runs out you will be out of a job
